2. Product Description

Our product is a digital, high-resolution (4K) printable educational kit. It includes the MATH CARDS — delivered as a downloadable print-at-home PDF designed for 4K/high-DPI printing — together with full access to the Math Kids App. Access and download links are delivered by email after purchase. No physical product is shipped; you print the cards at home (or at any print shop) using the provided high-resolution files.

3. Purchase and Billing

By completing checkout, you agree to the following terms: (a) You are purchasing MATH CARDS (MATH CARDS printable decks + Math Kids App) for the price shown at checkout.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, images, and materials included in the product are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or resell any part of the product without prior written consent.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, contact us at within 7 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked. Full details are available on our Support page.

6. Limitation of Liability

We provide the product "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our product. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.
